# blindGram 6.1 beta: a short test cycle on Telegram 6.2

blindGram opened beta testing for version 6.1 on July 7, 2020, five days after 6.0 Final shipped, on the same Telegram 6.2 base. The post carried no changelog.

This is an archived announcement from the beta channel. The message itself was just the APK: no list of changes and no notes on what to try. Version 6.0 had landed on July 2 with a large set of accessibility changes, and 6.1 was the follow-up round to fix what people reported and add a few settings on top, without waiting for a new Telegram version.
