# Forward messages to several groups and channels in blindGram

Pick one or more Telegram messages and send them to several groups, channels, or contacts in one go. Here is how it works in blindGram with a screen reader.

### An audio guide from 2017

On December 16, 2017, blindGram shared a Persian audio guide by Shab-e Roshan that explained how to send one or more messages to several groups or channels at the same time. It was one of the first blindGram workflows taught by voice rather than by screenshots, which is why it stays in this archive. Control names have changed a lot since then, so the rest of this page describes the app as it is today. You can still listen to the [original Persian audio guide](https://t.me/blindGram/64) on the blindGram channel, produced by [Shab-e Roshan](https://t.me/shaberoshanIR).

### Open the message menu

Every action on a message in blindGram starts from its menu. With **Single tap opens menu for every message** switched on in blindGram Area, Menu, Message menu, activating a message opens the menu. With it off, use your screen reader's long press instead. Among the entries you will find **Forward**, **Forward Without Quote**, **Multi Forward**, **Save to Saved Messages**, and, in chats where you can write, **Forward Here**. Entries you never use can be switched off and the rest moved with **Ordering menu items** on the same settings screen, using the Up and Down buttons on each row.

### Forward one message to several chats

1. Open the message menu and choose **Multi Forward**.
2. The share sheet opens with a search field, Send to, and a list of your chats. Tap a chat to select it and tap it again to deselect it. Select as many as you like.
3. To shorten the list, activate **Select Category** and pick All Chats, Unread, Muted Unread Chats, Users, Groups, Channels, or Bots. With **Show tabs in share instead of categories** on in Chats settings, the same button is called **Tabs** and lists your own folders instead.
4. **Select All** selects every chat currently shown, so a whole category or search result is selected in one step.
5. **Forward Without Quote** is a checkbox on the sheet. On, the message arrives as your own, without the original sender's name.
6. Activate Send, which is announced as Share in N chats. blindGram sends the message to every selected chat.

### Forward several messages together

1. Open the menu of the first message and choose **Select**.
2. Tap each further message to add it. With **Announce the number of selected items** on in General settings, the count is spoken as it changes.
3. In the action bar choose **Multi Forward**. The same share sheet opens with all the selected messages. **Forward Without Quote** in the action bar forwards them without the sender's name through Telegram's own chat picker, and **Forward** opens that picker with the names kept.

### Two shortcuts that skip the picker

**Forward Here** sends the message again into the chat you are reading. **Save to Saved Messages** puts a copy in Saved Messages, and **Hide the sender when saving to Saved Messages** in Menu settings decides whether that copy keeps the sender's name.

Every setting mentioned here is described on the [Menu settings page](/docs/menu/) and the [Chats settings page](/docs/chats/) of the documentation.
